How to Copy and Move selected documents in SharePoint Online Office 365 site


There is a simple way to Copy or Move selected documents in SharePoint Online site. Quick steps -

1. Login to SharePoint Online site as admin and Navigate to  Site Settings: Site Content and Structure.

2. In site Content Structure select "SharePoint Documents" or any other docuement library that you are using.

3.   Once you see all the documents in that document library on right select the documents you want to move and then in under Actions -> select Copy or Move.


4. I selected Copy for this example. Next you would select the Destination library where you want to move thsese documents.

5. Next you will be presented with the Progress Screen..

and you are Done!!
